Capital Coatings,LLC. (CCL) is the predecessor entity of Capital Coatings and Linings, Inc., SIC #1799. Capital Coatings and Linings, Inc. was formed in 1998 by Kenneth C. Saucier and Skip Clark, as a full service, specialty coatings contractor and coatings consulting specialist. Both companies are licensed in the State of Louisiana to perform coatings application, lead abatement and insulation applications. In 2000, CCL entered the Commercial Applications Market performing work nationwide for Circuit City Corporation. In 2001, the activity was expanded in the commercial market to include Home Depot nationwide. Today, CCL continues to provide our services to these fine retailers. In 2002 CCL opened its Electrical Equipment Coatings Division for the surface restoration and application of coatings to electrical power plants and industrial facility electrical sub-stations, while in service. This work includes the cleaning and coatings application of transformers, switchgear, etc'. Also, Capital Coatings, LLC was formed, originally for performing research and development of high performance experimental coatings . Capital Coatings, LLC has since grown to include both the commercial services and specialty trades markets. In 2004, CCL moved into the Commercial Services Market performing work for Brinker International at the Chilis Restaurants through out the Gulf South. This activity has expanded to include their On the Border and Macaroni Grill restaurants In 2006, CCL expanded its Commercial Services Market by performing work for Volunteer Maintenance Company, at Ruby Tuesday’s and Hard Rock Café’ facilities. During 2006, CCL became a complete specialty services provider. Playing on our commercial expertise, we moved into the residential renovations market performing all construction disciplines.
